The Skillions (New Generation) have just released a mix tape. The mixtape features Sarkodie, Jane and Tiffany. I heard some of the tracks before the release of the mixtape and those were not bad,however I do not think I have interest in buying the tape or listening to the other songs. My reasons are simple; there is no reason why I will or should spend my hard earned money on that cheap quality product.
Don't get me wrong, the songs may have been well produced and good but I haven't listened and don't think I will because the packaging and design of the mixtape puts me off. The mixtape is so cheaply packaged.How could the Skillions do that? We are aware that resources are scares but some decent packaging would have helped.
Hello! We are competing with properly packaged albums like those from OM music, Kojo Antwi and the like. The days of midiocre are gone. This is GH Music and GH Rap of 2009. Skillions you are better than that and our expectation for you are very high. Start setting trends and quite the child's play. Those unlessly packaged mixtapes should be redrawn and replaced with CD's that fit our perceptions and the GH Rap movement as it sounds now!
